Customer Engineer Intermediate

Job DescriptionAddresses and solves customer problems and issues (Electronic/Electrical, mechanical/parts break, and process issues) as well as performs onsite maintenance (Texas Instruments) and upgrades on the set of complex equipment and systems (200mm CMP and Varian E500 Implanters). Is proficient on primary toolset (200mm CMP and Varian E500 Implanters) and demonstrates ability to acquire additional systems and applications. Performs startup activities through Tier II (Basics process startup/troubleshooting) with limited support (they will be part of team but expected to be able to work alone). Able to complete qualifications (Test and verify theyve identified root cause the tool is fixed and ready to return to production) with minimal assistance.
