Primary Responsibilities Responsible for being the point of contact between the subcontractors and the ES Superintendent. Coordinating tasks for the day between superintendent and subcontractors, and other ES employees. This position will act as the superintendent in situations when management is not around. Keeping jobs on schedule and under or on budget Maintain the quality and safety of job site. Responsible for daily or weekly progress reports of each job site. Must be willing to perform all construction job duties when needed to help company save time and stay on budget. Skills & Qualifications Candidates should have four years of experience in the construction industry as well as a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have a strong attention to detail and great organization skill, as the foreman will have to be able to run a construction site effectively in absence of the superintendent/project manager. Valid driver''s license and ability to travel long distances with extended overnight stays. Knowledge of a variety of construction tools and methods. Capability to operate a variety of construction equipment efficiently and safely. Be able to travel up to 80% of the time.
