This position will work out of communities in the Cleveland, OH area. These communities are located in North Ridgeville, Avon and West Lake.Duties and Responsibilities: Complete weekly customer calls and track communicationComply with construction specifications and standardsUtilize internal scheduling system to ensure timely completion of homesResponsible for a quality building process and productPerform formal quality inspectionsTake an active part in subdivision and model maintenanceComply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirementsAnswer customer questions about the building processSet and maintain high standards of performance by subcontractors and suppliersKnowledge and Skills:Proven supervisory skills and cost control experienceAbility to work independently in a fast track environmentHighly organized self-starter The ability to hold subcontractors accountable for their workGreat customer service mindsetWilling to manage operations in multiple community locationsWorking experience in various municipalities throughout the Houston area a plusA self-motivated individual with a high energy level as well as a positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customersBasic computer skills, familiar with MS OfficeExperience using an iPad and/or electronic scheduling system preferredOSHA certified 10 hour course preferredRequirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing residential operations in all phases of the construction processExperience working for a production homebuilder a plusAbility to read and understand plans and construction detailsMust be familiar with residential building codesGeneral residential construction knowledgeExperience handling multiple projects at a timeBachelor''s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferredThe schedule of this position will be Monday Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.Excellent salary, bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug-Free Work PlaceTo learn more about Drees Homes, please visit our website 2020-2177 FLSA Status: Exempt Community: TBD Street: 6860 W Snowville Road
