Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator assists in the coordination / management of certain aspects of a project under direction of assigned program or project manager. Coordinate data and information and prepares internal and external reports from various departments. Maintains and distributes project information, files, documentation, reports, and related work. Works under direction of assigned program or project manager, using project management software and other standard tools to track progress / activities of team and work products / deliverables. Assist in maintaining detailed records of promotional plans and assist in forecasting promotional sales Collaborates with internal marketing and merchandising teams to manage the creation and ensure the accuracy of various offers to support campaigns, including but not limited to landing pages, online affiliates, search engine marketing, mobile offers, Catalina offers and emails.Review all marketing assets and creative briefs and verifies the accuracy of offer details and the marketing language. Maintain accurate post offer redemption data and summarize/report on the data when requested. Set up and QA all promotion codes Responsible for promotional communication to stakeholders Responsible for setting up the promotion calendar Provide maintenance to the promotional database Software Requirements Intermediate Excel Skills: Should be able to knowledgeable with pivot tables, vLookups etc. Mid-level MS Word and Power point knowledge 1-3 years experience working in a business environment. General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management. Teamwork.
