This Sr. Manager is a specialist in the retail industry and lead our Pre-Sales Solution Consultant team who support our retail sales team. The Solution Consultants build consultative relationships and targeted software product demonstrations to address retailer''s problems and present the solutions to challenging prospective clients. This role will be a player/coach and provide development and training to the team as well as being a strategic partner to the business, you will be responsible for individual and team quota, goals, and opportunity conversions. This remote role ideally will be based in the eastern region; willing to consider applicants that resides in the midwest (Dallas onward). ~ 75% travel can be expected. Responsibilities: + Lead, build and develop a team of Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, giving each team member support and guidance to improve their success and satisfaction with their job. + Support our go-to-market strategies and tactics from a technical solution level with the retail sales team. + Guide and develop the Pre-Sales team to provide Pre-Sales excellence in complex customer engagements including the promotion of our combined software product offering according to our go-to-market strategies. + Lead strategy, logistics, and execution during events and functions such as Town Halls, User Groups, Industry Conferences, etc. + Support the Zebra sales teams and the sales teams of our partners to setup and drive sales initiatives to maximize revenues for Zebra product portfolio and services. + Support and review the solution and sales approaches of everyone in your team to improve the success of their engagements Qualifications: + Bachelors or equivalent experience + 12+ years of applicable work experience Pre-Sales leadership experience having trained and coached front line pre-sales resources using proven sales, pre-sales, and presentation methodologies + Experience with technical solutions; specialist in some areas Define based on pillars discussed + Deep Retail experience preferred with a first-hand understanding of retail operations culture, process, and strategies. + Base Workforce Management experience required with advanced WFM Pre-Sales experience preferred. An understanding of labor forecasting methodologies, labor standards, AI/ML fundamentals, and labor/scheduling laws preferred. + Advanced understanding of pre-sales presentation methodologies including a history of efficiently implementing across pre-sales teams is required. + People Management experience + Must reside in the US within the Midwest or Eastern region with the ability to travel up to 75% Salary: USD 113800.00 - USD 170700.00 Yearly
