After Hours Registered Nurse (RN)

Title: After Hours (On Call Triage) Registered Nurse (RN) | The Registered Nurse plans, organizes, directs and provides home care and hospice care to meet the identified needs of patients and families. Hours: We are looking for someone to be available to be On Call outside of our normal business hours to take calls and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need. There will be a block schedule. You would work remotely and go on visits if/when applicable. This position is considered full-time and benefits eligible. License is active and in good standing.Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years or, if no experience within the last five (5) years, evidence of current (within the last 12 months) clinical knowledge as deemed appropriate by the DHCS.
