Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembler Production Flemington, New Jersey Apply for This Job Department Production Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $21.00+/Hour Magna-Power Electronics, a Flemington, New Jersey based electronics manufacturer and a recipient of the 2020 NJ Top Workplaces and 2021 Great Places to Work awards, is seeking Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers to join its dedicated world class manufacturing team. Magna-Power designs and manufactures a broad range of high-power DC power products for markets such as electric vehicles, particle accelerators, solar, and national defense. The PCB Assembler will be responsible for manufacturing the various high-tech electronic assemblies that go into our products. The prospective candidate should have good mechanical aptitude, ability to work with hand and electric tools, and basic math, positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. High attention to detail and self-motivation skills. Four Day (10 Hours/Day) Work Weeks with potential Overtime Major Duties and Responsibilities Soldering and wiring assemblies that are components in the final product Operate automation machinery (wire fabrication, SMT pick & place, 3D-AOI) Perform visual inspection of assemblies to IPC-standards (training to be provided) Read work orders and follow bill of materials and bill of operations Follow instructions provided by tablet-based work instructions Assemble electro-mechanical products Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years related experience and/or training within the PCB department, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good mechanical aptitude and accurate use of different measuring tools. Capable of using different hand and tabletop tools related to manufacturing of PCBA''s . Execution of GDP in a manufacturing environment .
