Senior Manager, Integrated Media Strategy

Job Description & RequirementsJOB SUMMARY: Strategically plan and manage media across all media channels, segments, and audiences for North America-based theme parks. Effectively lead teams, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Integrated Media Strategy leadership team on budget management. Actively innovate and ideate across media channels and stay abreast of the developments in the media industry. Partner with internal teams in utilization of data and analytics to inform media strategy.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Media Strategy implementation of multi-channel media campaigns across all channels, segments and audiences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agency(s), internal stakeholders, and external partners further the performance of media for the business. Be the voice of media and present confidently both in written and presentation form. Lead and manage direct reports including overseeing training, motivating and encouraging innovation amongst direct reports. Responsible for budget accuracy and reporting to internal financial stakeholders Proactively bring new idea, opportunities, and best practices to the media strategy team. Stay ahead of the multi-channel media industry trends and share new ideas with colleagues. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.EXPERIENCE: 8+ years hands-on experience in media with an emphasis on strategy and planning; experience working across various media types and platforms; strong communication and collaboration skills; in-depth understanding of the media marketplace required; proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and standard media platform of products required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
