Our back office Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants possess the capabilities of functional, process, and system usage knowledge combined with the necessary consulting skills to be able to consult and coach our clients through transformation.A skilled practitioner who knows how to reinvent Customer Services in the new digital world and provide our clients with solutions and services. Youd much rather listen, ask questions, and engage in candid conversations to design innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology group.Works under the supervision of the PMO Director in cross-pillar solution deployment projects (campaign, creative, technical services, strategy, expert services) involving single or multiple workstreams.Responsible for workstream-specific requirements, configurations, setup, and supporting testing and deployment activities at a given project.Leads the creation and updating of relevant project documentation, including:Implementation of HCM Cloud Benefits module for US and CanadaSetup of Benefit configurationsDesign of the benefit structuresBenefits data conversionDesign and Development of Fast Formulas and Reports where neededWork with the Integrations team to deliver interfaces for various benefits vendorsHandles successful project closure and completes the hand-off processes and communication.Work Experience:Demonstrated ability relevant to this position specializing in Benefits3-4 years functional consulting experienceOracle Cloud implementation experienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.Ability to communicate optimally.Ability to establish rapport with team members and clients.Ability to travel as neededIf you are a Colorado resident, Please Contact us or Email us at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] to receive compensation and benefits information for this role.
