BDC Representative

Richard Chevrolet is looking for a talented and professional BDC Representative with an upbeat and energetic phone personality to handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for customers. Previous customer service preferred, but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. You will be joining a collaborative and upbeat company! Richard Chevrolet has family owned and operated for over 47 years and the largest Chevrolet dealership in Connecticut.Responsibilities include:Answer incoming service and sales phone calls and emails interested in scheduling an appointment or obtaining information.Outbound follow up phone calls and emails to customers.Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments.Update customer changes in database.Job Requirements:Confident and professional phone puter and internet anized and good at following through.
