Be the difference.Job Summary The Director of Sales leads growth in insurance and employer product sales using their expertise in client relations and exceptional sales process execution with the account executive and sales operations teams to exceed ambitious business growth targets. They will lead the development of strong lasting relationships with community partners, including hosting events to introduce our brand and differentiators and coordinating events in partnership with wellness campaigns/activities with business partners both in the community and virtually.The Director of sales is responsible for ensuring the sales targets are met for all team engagements and products and requires the ability to lead a dynamic sales team to consistently drive individual and team performance through performance management techniques. The Director of Sales will serve as the voice of the customer on high profile accounts to provide direct line sight to executive leadership and is accountable for overall client growth across portfolio of business, leading and ultimately responsible for sales strategy execution. Accountabilities Own and lead growth plan for insurance and employer services sales team including lead generation, qualification, meetings and presentations, negotiation and close. - 20%Perform on targeted sales close rates on all insurance and employer services with clear objective setting, monitoring of sales cycle, and communication of status to executive leadership team. - 20%Work closely with stakeholders and resources to build and maintain clear understanding of clinical services, products and operations, and financial performance. - 20Þmonstrate and communicate market awareness and understanding of highly competitive and dynamic landscape. - 15%Travel, as indicated in support of business priorities. - 10%Collaborate across growth team on strategies to reach define operational goals with specific ownership of holding both the sales team and Individual contributors accountable to set daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs with generated corresponding reports from Salesforce CRM. - 15% Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports. Minimum Requirements Bachelor''s Degree - Marketing, Management, Business, Management or related field 9 years - Healthcare insurance/program sales and/or management, Healthcare services sales, or related sales experience Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint Salesforce CRM experience Provider sponsored health plan, integrated delivery & financing systems, progressive value-based downside financial risk arrangements - PreferredInsurance Sales - Preferred Work Shift Day (United States of America)Location 1301 Taylor St BaptistFacility 7001 CorporateDepartment 70019023 President''s OfficeShare your talent with us!
