Shaner Hotels is actively seeking a Complex Sr. Sales Manager for our Faro Blanco Resort & Yatch Club and The Courtyard Marriott, Marathon, FL!Find your paradise in the Florida Keys at our resort and hotel, encompassing 249 rooms to include 5 suites, tons of indoor and outdoor meeting space and breath-taking amenities,these two properties are conveniently located in Marathon Florida bayside, offering easy access to the area''s top destinations, including Aquarium Encounters, Big Pine Key and Key West. We offer well-equipped fitness centers, on-site dining for breakfast, dinner and cocktails at our distinguished restaurants, outdoor infinity pools with hot tubs and a tiki bar.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of progressive luxury sales experience, preferably in the hospitality field. Relative franchise experience preferred. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for strategically soliciting and developing new accounts, maintaining excellent rapport with existing accounts and successfully promoting the hotel to the community. We are seeking a driven, professional individual with excellent sales techniques who will meet or exceed budgeted goals and responsibly manage all aspects of the Sales Department in accordance with the standards of Shaner Hotels and franchise (if applicable.).This is a remote position, the ideal candidate should preferable reside in South Florida as they will ocassionally travel to the two sites as needed.RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesHotel & Hospitality
