Both are home every weekend and on the road Monday-Friday.W-2 Position with full benefits package:$2,000 sign on bonus.Drivers earn $1725 to $2250 per week. Company guarantees minimum of $1725 per week regardless of the miles. Pay $0.75/mile pay on all miles with bonus.Benefits start day 1 (health, dental, vision, etc.). Company paid AD&D. 401k with company match. Paid holidays and time off.1099 Position with no benefits:Drivers average $2013 per week with minimum guarantee. Paid flat per round trip.Drivers are home every weekend; on the road Monday to Friday.Paid weekly via direct deposit.Routes are regional (OH, WV, PA, NJ) with some drop & hook and dedicated routes.
