Job Description

Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we''re setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success. The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) within Corporate is comprised of multiple global functions that support JPMC businesses and employees across its global sites. MyWorkplace is a JPMC internal mobile application that was developed to simplify and optimize the employee experience by providing on-the-go access to services, help and personalized information at the employee''s fingertips. The MyWorkplace team partners closely with multiple CAO businesses (i.e. Global Real Estate, Global Security, Corporate and Site Services), various corporate partners (i.e. Technology, Human Resources, Communications), and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic product vision that enhance the experience for all employees across the firm. As the world adapts to the new ways of working, the team strives to be at the forefront of the workplace digitization efforts and works to make the MyWorkplace mobile app a strong, competitive product that aids employees in making their workday simpler. Position Summary This position plays a critical role to support overall strategic vision of the product by closely collaborating with business, service owners and technology partners. The position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of the CAO and the larger corporate services functions, while championing program management and product management skills & tools. The candidate will represent the voice of the employee and advocate for the product features and delivery that is best suited to their needs. This role supports the Product Owners to manage overall program, working on multiple workstreams, engaging with a diverse portfolio of partners and stakeholders. This will include understanding evolving customer needs and business complexities, and proactively actioning on them while using wide variety of tools like user experience research, marketing & communications, metrics & data analytics, strategic problem solving, etc. Specific responsibilities include: Design and execute on the product roadmap priorities aligned to overall business strategy using careful analysis of customer needs, competitive intelligence, data & analytics and firm''s capabilities Demonstrate strong product and customer knowledge to help the team drive allocation of highest value delivery requirements Lead user experience research, usability testing, usage data analytics and customer feedback initiatives to support a healthy feature pipeline and continuous user experience improvement Collaborate with UX partners to develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, intuitive user experience that best meets the needs of the user Create and maintain program reporting including key results metrics, product usage metrics, CSAT scores and operations metrics for executive management and stakeholder reviews Drive market readiness inclusive of training, communications, pilot and full rollout scheduling in partnership with Corporate Communications, CAO functions, and training teams Develop project / initiative implementation plans and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute on them. Track progress and report effectively on status, blockers and changes Identify critical dependencies, risk to execution plan, and other issues and present recommendations for resolution Partner with PO and development team to support maintenance of a healthy backlog aligned with product strategy across multiple technology development teams Facilitate forums to gather requirements, ensure definitions and documentation properly translate details, including capturing business needs, technical needs, dependencies, and signoffs Oversee broader product management to generate ideas for continuous improvement and process improvements resulting in to employee productivity, efficiency, and increased collaboration Define structure, roles and responsibilities, governance and operating models for new features and strategic initiatives Qualifications and capabilities: Bachelor (BS/BA) degree required Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in program management, strategy, product management experience at technology, financial services or fintech firm Experience at a management consulting firm or at an internal consulting / corporate strategy team preferred Diverse problem solving and analytical skills; ability to structure and scope complex problems where variables, alternatives, and outcomes are not clearly defined Consistent track record for delivery of high quality, polished work; ability to process large amount of information / findings in to clear and concise executive-level messaging Thrives on challenges in an unstructured and fluid working environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audience Good understanding of Agile product development lifecycle; comfortable with Agile backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence) Rigorous, logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels Fortitude to persevere when confronted with difficult challenges Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize Self-motivated, highly flexible, proactive, team player JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
