DescriptionEssential Functions and Responsibilities: As the Salesforce IT Lead, you will be responsible for the execution and continuous implementation of customer facing roadmaps, programs, roadmaps, and strategies, working with the development team. Your role will focus on supporting and managing the business daily administration of the CRM systems (i.e., Sales Force) and product recommendation programs and platforms. You will lead IT to implement and support solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Master to lead the creation, alignment, and management of the product roadmap for CRM, while enabling best practices in CRM functionality Collaborate with the business and cross-functional IT peers (business analysts, integrations, PMO) to build the best sales and partner experiences Review and support troubleshooting developers'' code and tests You will own product quality for end-users, ensuring a seamless user experience.You will manage stakeholders in a global environment, and identify and track risks and mitigations, by gathering feedback and data on program success metrics and system KPIsAct as functional, architecture and technical expert and trusted advisor for all CRM related product lifecycle and business processes for the US& global including training and education of users.Experience required: Expertise in majority of SFDC sales, service, marketing, customer master, omni-channel capabilities Experience in configuring and developing greenfield SFDC eco-system Experience of working as architect on multiple complex deployments involving MuleSoft and integration technologies Experience securing and managing APIs via MuleSoft API Manager Experience with the entire API development lifecycle from design & build to governance & management Must have experience integrating with SAAS solutions like , JDE Cloud ERP, commercial, customer services, finance, supply chain and Manufacturing applications. Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC Experience of working with cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, development team, solution integrator, PMOQualifications required: 10+ years of Salesforce development, architecture, functional and integration experience Must exhibit a strong process management orientation.
