Property Manager

We are in need of a real ''go-getter'' who can make an immediate impact in our Southern California Property Management division. The main objective of this role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of 250+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County. In this managerial position, you will oversee our Property Management team and be responsible for the success of our Property Management department. The main objective of this role is to keep our landlords (owners) happy and lead the Property Management Team to do the same. This position requires a quick learner, someone who can take initiative, has impeccable follow-through, and communication skills, and can pose as a leader to their team. This role has the opportunity to help us build out multifamily syndication entities in the coming months. Please note: This is NOT a remote position.
