Assistant Kitchen ManagerAt Pizza Ranch, we view our management team as a vital part of what makes our business so successful. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will work with your manager to maintain Pizza Ranch product standards, help in managing the kitchen team members and make sure all stations are producing crave able food. Take the manager''s vision to control food and labor costs and help him/her implement processes throughout the team. Maintain food quality.Responsibilities: • Work closely with the kitchen manager to set and implement high quality food standards.• Ensure Pizza Ranch recipe standards are applied consistently.• Follow processes• Know Inventory management and ordering• Ensure BOH team members are productive, and their time is utilized well while on the job• Coach and train junior team members• Manage shifts. Move and rearrange crew members on stations as needed• Ensure food is prepared in time for both the in-house guests and for delivery orders• Maintain continuous kitchen cleanliness and organization • Help the management control food and supplies waste• Should learn FOH operation as well• Be able to run full Kitchen operation on his/her ownQualifications and Skills: • Some team management skills • The ability to prioritize multiple situations• Effective communicator and listener• Proficient in basic computer skills• High School graduate or equivalent education• Some Restaurant Management experienceBenefits:Flexible Scheduling Bonus Program Paid Vacation Time (for salaried employees)Contributed Health Benefits (for salaried employees)Fun Staff Events ?''You are applying for work with a franchisee of Pizza Ranch, not Pizza Ranch Corp. or any of its affiliates.
