If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we''re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Roles & Responsibilities:Use basic engineering software to view and edit manufacturing work instructionsUse custom macros and other programs to reduce and reformat engineering dataWork with experienced engineers to learn and further develop processes and plansWork within the team to provide inputs for scheduling, planning, and budget management as requiredAttend daily and weekly status meetings to update and ensure progress against project objectivesDesired Skills:Experience and/or interest in Aerospace products or related products valued.Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development.Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results.Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes.Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders.Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once.Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PMAbility to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.All candidates must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
