Sedgwick manages everyday administration - so our clients can focus on serving the public.JOB SUMMARY:Serving public agencies and municipalities, our team provides support services our clients'' risk management and insurance programs. The position works closely with internal colleagues and external partners to coordinate program services including marketing, underwriting, accounting, risk control, reinsurance, and claims.This is an entry- to mid-level position requiring strong organizational and communication skills in the performance of various operational and administrative tasks. Although employees at this level work under some supervision, this position requires a professional that is a self-motivated, proactive individual who can prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide clerical and administrative support to the Program Director and Assistant Program ManagerAssist in the coordinated delivery of client services across multiple internal departmentsCompile meeting agenda materials, post materials to clients and client websites, record and publish meeting minutes, track meeting goals and deliverablesPrimary point of contact for client members, vendors, and service partners'' requestsCoordinate service responses with other internal service teamsGeneral duties such as filing, copying, mailings, composing correspondence, developing slide presentations, running reports and updating websitesCorrespond verbally and in writing with client membersCollect, organize, and maintain client contacts, communication, underwriting, and exposure dataAssist with scheduling and organizing client meetings and trainingsQUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferredEXPERIENCE:Intermediate level working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsOne to three years clerical, administrative, or office experience; risk management, insurance, and/or public agency experience preferredProfessional demeanor, customer service experience a plusSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading skillsAbility to work in a timely, organized manner while prioritizing workload and assignmentsSedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
