Position Overview: Koniag Technology Solutions is hiring a Journeyman Data Quality Manager for the operations, maintenance, cyber compliance, and business support services to address system life cycle and business process management for USACE''s real estate portfolio. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Resolving issues in the data quality management process, maintaining standards for data quality, and being an effective communicator about the importance of quality data. Meet with other employees and customers to ensure that the system for quality management is operating correctly. Partner with the IT System teams and engineering teams to prioritize the USACE data roadmap. Recommend changes and explain how things can be implemented into the system, provide necessary training, utilize ideal data quality tools, and recommend techniques to regularly manage data quality. Assist in highly complex administrative, analytical, and staff studies and/or projects to assigned departmental activities Analyze programmatic practices and procedures and make recommendations for organizational, operational, policy, and procedural improvements in support of the management functions, practices and services Assist in analysis of program policies across USACE portfolio and develop/implement new procedures to modernize operations across the enterprise Support task forces and management teams to evaluate the effectiveness of existing management/administrative systems Support requirements development, planning, and analysis to enhance USACE operation capability Work on efforts for inventory control of over 1,275 civil works projects and reorganizing of operations for efficiency Improve and enable the real estate business processes to perform effectively and efficiently with automation tools and knowledge resources that meet and exceed industry standards Provide support including market analysis, comparative data, lifecycle cost analysis, and performance requirements Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. BA/BS degree in a related field, MA/MS preferred. Data quality management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Skills and experience in presenting analytical results both verbally and in writing Ability to balance workload with constantly shifting priorities Experience with Agile methodology Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
