This role supports the U.S. Funds Sales Incentive plan in the Asset Management business, managing a variety of compensation activities and providing guidance and support to Sales Managers, HR & Compensation leadership, Finance & business executives, and internal departmental teams regarding incentive compensation for employees. The role is also a central figure in a high profile project as key compensation activities are transitioned from Finance to HR, and the Incentive Administration''s infrastructure is moved to a new Oracle platform. Responsibilities: Provide a strong level of client service while building working relationships with sales plan participants & managers. Assist in employee inquiries by researching pay calculations & transactions, and by educating and clearly articulating the US Funds Sales Incentive Compensation plan. Provide day-to-day client support with attention to detail regarding compensation metrics & planning. Manage numerous detailed processes from pay calculation to plan attestation, to year-end planning process. Work with US Funds business and HR Technology to support and implement incentive plan changes. Analyze existing processes, with an eye toward continuous improvement. Develop and provide reports for management, Finance, and HR as needed. Partner with Incentive Administration & Compensation teams, Funds business, and HR & Finance leadership to drive efficiencies and leverage best practices to improve client experience and processes. Lead/actively participate in large scale HR projects aligned to key initiatives, as the Incentive Administration function evolves. Create and continually update Standard Operating Procedure documents. Serve as the subject matter expert on the US Funds Sales plan. Work closely with Audit and Risk & Control as needed, responding to requests. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships. Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, and/or recommendations to address root cause. Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills that enable individual to leverage data to determine an answer. Superior multitasking skill, with the ability to shift tasks rapidly, with an ability to work well under pressure, balancing multiple priorities. Strong project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen. Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, from entry level participants to senior leadership. High level of proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of HR applications, including PeopleSoft and HCM, as well as Project Management tools such as Confluence is beneficial. Prior experience in HR, Payroll, or the financial services industry is ideal, but not mandatory. Innovative, creative and results oriented.
