Occupational Health Nurse

OverviewThe Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) is responsible for operating an on-site clinic within a client that provides health and wellness services to its staff. QualificationsThe OHN is required to maintain their compliance with all regulatory and other health and safety requirements. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Dealing with all work-related injuries in conjuntion with HSE, HR, and management teamsScheduling and performing direct patient care an necessaryCoordinating referrals for MD visits as necessaryCompleting documentation of patient care per nursing standards and maintaining HIPAA compliant recordsFacilitating Return to Work process for staffProviding Occupational Disease prevention activitiesMaintaining and leading the clients'' emergency response program and equipment, the onsite clinic supplies and company records as directed by the clientResponding to medical emergenciesAdditionally, the OHN may coordinate, schedule and provide training as requested for Medical Programming and Emergency Preparedness specific to the client.
