One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENTProcesses fresh, smoked or frozen fish by hand or machine per customer orders, specifications or to replenish Company inventory needs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESPlaces product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer traysAssists in removing product from smoking sticks or screensPlace product on rack, arrange in order, rub fish, and apply seasonings.Weigh fish for correct ounce size.Trim product with knife according to SOP.Pin-bone product (make sure there are no bones in product)Packages fresh, smoked or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processingFolds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand.Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage.Cleans machines as requiredCompletes documentation needed for traceabilityKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma preferred.Food processing experience a plus.Ability to use knifeAbility to lift a minimum of 42 lbsAbility to stand for 10 to 12 hoursMust have good hand eye coordinationExcellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphereMust be able to understand and act on verbal communicationAbility to use primary math skillsExcellent ability to adapt to changing Company needsExcellent ability in identifying species and all forms of productRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
