OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse for Davino 1 Orthopedic Unit at Morristown Medical Center, to work 7:00pm - 7:30am including every other weekend.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.QualificationsEducation:BSN RequiredLicense:Valid New Jersey Nursing License RequiredQualifications/Requirements:BLS requiredOrthopedic Certification preferredMust possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to work in a team in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitaskMust be a Team player willing to put the needs of our patients as top priority.Need for good communication skills.
