Job Description Description: OR Tech MUST have either neuro or ortho experience This manager is wanting heavy neuro/ortho experience in order for the candidate to be considered for an interview!! Must have 2 - 3 years Surgical Tech experience Certification preferred but not required FT 8 or 10 hr day shifts M-F w/ varying days off for 10 hr shifts 13 weeks COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions Tier2 Travel Compliance Need 2 weeks/ 14 calendar days + (confirm with CL if Quick Starts are okay) at minimum lead time from Booking to Start to account for Credentialing/Compliance. Quick starts not an option SMOKE FREE FACILITY DC LICENSE IN HAND REQUIRED. EMERGENCY WAIVER ENDS 8/10 and LICENSES ARE TAKING 15+ WEEKS TO ISSUE. PLEASE DO NOT SUB WITHOUT DC LICENSURE IN HAND *Pass/Fail Medication Test. Given 2 chances. We have study materials. 84% is passing. Children''s has orientation every Tuesday. Must have 3 years minimum experience in a Children''s Hospital setting Calling out/sick time: Any scheduled shift that they is not attended and completed will be required to be made up with additional days added to the back end of the contract. Agencies please note:Overtime is billable after 40 hours in a week unless candidates are guaranteed 48 hours a week. For candidates guaranteed to work 48 hours, OT will be billable after 48 hours.
