Job DescriptionSenior Project ManagerThe Role: The Senior Project Manager, Digital Commerce will document project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Additionally, they will develop project plans and associated documentation, ensure effective communication across stakeholders, and proactively manage changes. They should be able to identify potential risks and develop effective response plans.Here''s What You''ll Do: The Senior Project Manager will manage the program portfolio, gather project related activities, and develop a project plan to manage milestones and deadlines of digital initiatives. Manage project priorities and workload with internal and external stakeholders and team members. Manage project progress, budget, and resource needs. Manage dates for Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and production releases Communicate potential issues, risks with key stakeholders, and recommend corrective actions to drive resolution. Develop a deep knowledge of the Commerce Program including key driver goals, short- and long-term roadmaps, key personnel, etc. Where there are gaps, effectively highlight concerns, impact, and potential solutions to program and cross-functional leadership (e.g., timing, resources, budget, value realization) Measure and communicate value realized on a periodic basis through defined and agreed upon metrics and supporting analysisHere''s What You''ll Bring to the Table: Bachelor''s degree required 10+ years of project management experience Experience with major digital transformation projects as a Program Manager Understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle Strong background in Agile, JIRA, DevOps Customer Journey/Digital Commerce experience Experience with large-scale organizational change effortsAbout The Company: Our client operates as a developer of messenger RNA therapeutics.
