Job DescriptionProject ManagerPosition Summary: The Program/Project Manager will be responsible for supporting both internal and external projects across Technologies. This role will be required to create and manage project plans, risk and issue trackers, project budgets, and action/task logs. In addition, this role will be integral in managing the interdependencies of various Technology programs to ensure business stakeholders receive a concise and complete view of key program updates. The analyst will work closely with the Technology Leaders to establish team building and development opportunities while helping to develop the playbook for how our Technology team integrates with other departments across IT and the Enterprise. May receive direction and guidance from Sr. Project Managers on the team but must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment and also function as an individual contributor.Skills Needed: 5+ yrs Project Management experience must have IT project management experience specifically on the SDLC side Must be very professional and have good comm skills Must be okay managing multiple projects. Will be responsible for the deliverables on 2 projects and overseeing 12+ projects from a high level (templating, managing milestones). 14+ projects total. Similar to a program/portfolio management role but not as in-depth. Must be willing to do hands-on Project Management work. This role would not be a good fit for a Sr. Portfolio/Program Manager. Projects are IT SDLC projects focused on marketing and data.Job Requirements & QualificationsAdditional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): Must have 5+ years supporting IT teams, projects/programs, working at various levels. Experience with managing and delivering projects within time and budget Experience of having worked for a similar large-scale global organization in a high matrix, dynamic, and managed environment Experience in managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge and experience using/administering PPM Tools Agile Project Management Experience is preferred Program management experience is a plus I will be managing 14+ projects from a high-level and working hands-on in 1-2 projectsKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Activities Creates and coordinates communication with stakeholders and assists with stakeholder management. Tracks key project milestones. Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments. Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures. Learn to manage project risk exposure and will escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
