This includes preparation of the operating room and sterilization. Strong communication skills and knowledge of current evidence-based practice are essential. If you are comfortable enough to hit the ground running in a new setting, this may be a good fit for you."Position: Inpatient Surgical TechRequired Education and CredentialsCompletion of a surgical technologist program required. Must hold current certification and be in good standing with the NBSTSA.Current AHA BLS certification. Required Experience and SkillsMinimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a surgical tech in an inpatient surgical setting within the last year. Must be a resourceful and adaptable individual who takes direction well, is not afraid to ask clarifying questions, and enjoys working with a large team in a fast-paced environment.
