Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.The LPN is responsible for the oversight of patient care, medical records, health and safety, medication administration and the coordination of medical care for adults receiving services.
