.NET Core Developer

Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking a .NET Core Developer - This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. This position may require travel to project locations.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.* At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.* Experience in .NET CorePreferred Qualifications:* Atleast 5 years of enterprise software development experience, namely building and supporting enterprise line of business applications in mixed-platform environments (.NET/Oracle/SQL Server/Cloud)* Hands of hands-on .Net C , ASP .Net MVC development experience* Experience in database development experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server* Strong experience in the design and development of large multi-tiered applications* Strong experience using .Net frameworks and/or a variety of open source and commercial frameworks* Strong experience with WCF, WEB API and Service Oriented Architecture* Knowledge and experience of distributed computing technologies, caching and in-memory data processing, and concurrent programming* Knowledge and experience of software design patterns and enterprise integration patterns* Knowledge and experience with unit testing frameworks and best practices* Knowledge and experience with enterprise messaging patterns and technology* Knowledge and experience with using TFS in full software lifecycle* Knowledge and experience with Git source code repository* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies* Analytical and problem solving skills, troubleshooting abilities* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
