Job Description

Applicant to this position will be making and receiving high call volume, should be able to multi task, perform simple math to prepare and submit invoices, calculate technicians hours to run payroll and to use excel spread sheet to submit weekly progress report. Individuals will be scheduling services, assigning technicians to perform different services and dispatching technicians to perform emergency services. One major requirement is for individual to be highly organize. Office hours are 9am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Starting Rate is $17 per hour. THE OFFICE IS TEMPORARILY LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT OF A HOUSE. Note, there will be a one week intensive training, after which you will work under the supervision of a train personnel and two weeks working without any supervision. This unsupervised two weeks determines if you will be considered permanently for this position and to transition to full time. Please read carefully before applying for this position.
