Warehouse Maintenance and Cleaning

Ultimate Image Printing is a fast paced and quickly growing printing company specializing in digital, offset and large format printing. We are currently seeking additional staff to clean and maintain work areas as well as assist with various warehouse work. Job Summary Warehouse maintenance staff will continuously work to maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. They are friendly, observant, and able to represent our company in the best light possible. They are able to communicate with other team members and offer opinions to add value to our company. Job Responsibilities Safely operate equipment, following rules and training manuals. Complete projects within a specified timeframe while maintaining high levels of quality. Understand the instructions given by their supervisor fully. Check in with supervisor and managers regarding tasks, issues and/or questions. Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles. Understand the cleaning procedures of various equipment, surfaces and tools. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Assist staff in times of need by ''going where the work is'' Required Skills Proficient at reading and understanding verbal and written instruction. Dependable and energetic. Excellent organizational skills. Ensure a clean and efficient work environment Know of and be able to apply and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment. Able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers. Able to remain calm and function effectively in stressful, unexpected, and/or emergency situations. Able to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment. Read, write, speak and understand English. Be able to measure to fractions of an inch, to help perform outside site surveys and record measurements as requested. Light fabrication work and use of power tools. Ability to use pallet jacks, dollys and other moving equipment Stand, walk, lift up to 50lbs without assistance, bend, twist and reach for up to 8 hours a day. Forklift certification is a plus Requirements Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and have an honest, hard-working attitude. Reliable transportation is a MUST, as travel in and around Orange County will be required. Ability to take direction and follow through with what is asked of you in a timely manner. Organized, intelligent, and a willingness to go beyond what is asked of you. Ability to multi-task. Benefits Hourly wage Guaranteed 40 hour work week (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm) with opportunity for overtime. Expense reimbursement (mileage and or specific business expenses).
