This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who values a role that offers increasing responsibility and opportunity to partner with various functions of the business.Key Areas of Responsibility:Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for G&A functionsBe a thoughtful advisor and lead finance partner to Epsilon G&A function leadersAssist in the preparation and analysis of operating expense and headcount forecasts. Develop, prepare, and maintain Excel based models to facilitate forecast and analyze costsPerform month-end and quarter-end close and projection process, including variance analysis and reporting results to managementAnalyze monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast to actual trends, identifying key cost drivers. Concisely summarize and report findingsManage and execute FP&A initiatives related to various corporate deliverables including management presentations and business reviewsAssist in preparation of annual budgetIdentify opportunities for improvement that will drive efficiencies in FP&A recurring processesBuild thoughtful analyses to drive better decisions and measure performance to key metricsUphold consistent standards for all aspects of Financial Planning and ReportingWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results from direct and indirect reporting relationshipsAssist with various ad-hoc requests and special projectsRequired experience/background:The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years'' experience in Accounting or FinanceBachelor''s Degree in Finance or AccountingStrong relationship building, communication, and influencing skillsHighly organized with a keen attention to detail and strong focus on accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environmentDesire to continuously improve, learn, including beyond just his/her area of responsibility.
