DDI Technology is seeking aEnterprise Account Manager to join the team at our facility in Irmo, SC.DDI Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAA, Inc,provides a complete automotive titling and registration suite for financial institutions and dealers. Committed to excellence, DDI continues to focus on superior products, professional and consulting services in the areas of Electronic Liens and Titles.Professionally and courteously provides individualized service and support to assigned customers; Partners with other teams to ensure exemplary customer support. Works Independently to complete tasks required to get the job done with little or no direction or supervision from manager.Key Accountabilities: Serves as direct point of contact for assigned customers; possesses a thorough knowledge of assigned accounts and a clear understanding of how to meet the individualized needs of the customer.Analyzes individual customer needs regarding DDI business systems and provides recommendations to management and IT for execution.
