Since launching our native app in 2013, we now operate a robust e-commerce platform and 20+ retail stores in Chicago, DC, and Dallas as we rapidly scale to take this first-of-its-kind omnichannel brand nationwide.We are seeking an effective, energetic, hands-on Facilities Manager to be responsible for the overall maintenance and remodel schedule for all Foxtrot stores. This highly collaborative role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, vendor management and budget management. If you are a self-starter, that loves the challenges of different projects and responsibilities, we''re looking for you!Responsibilities:Maintain and coordinate the overall schedule of renovations, upgrades, repairs, of equipment and facilities across fleet Oversee equipment inventory and document maintenance of company assets and equipment Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility managementProvides budgeting and estimating to potential real estate locations to assist in feasibility of propertyManages and reviews regular service contractsConducts and documents regular facilities inspectionAssist the Development Team with maintaining project cost tracking, estimating, and ensuring project''s financial adherence to budgetsNavigate and execute various facilities related issues as they surface, and ensure timely resolution in union with store standards and timelinesAssist with the development and maintenance of business relationships with third party vendors, contractors, engineers, designers, and co-workers. Assist with the coordination of the Contractor''s team to provide leadership and coordinate internally for the duration of the projects. Develop and oversee the timely execution of the project and renovation schedule(s). Participate in weekly meetings with the Project Team. Communicate with Architect, Consultants, Expediters, and Cross Functional Internal Teams on all project issues. Travel to on-site meetings, progress visits and punch walks. Assist with the tracking of all potential change in field and associated financial impacts Assist with reviewing contractor applications for payment Qualifications & Experience:Must have Construction / Facilities Experience Must have experience in Commercial Retail renovation and build-out experienceExperience managing multiple simultaneous construction projects A minimum of at least five (5) years of experience in managing Restaurant and Retail facilities / construction projects. Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Engineering preferred or comparable experience Strong written and verbal communications skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and other project management tools are a plus Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks projects and demands. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
