Sr IT Integration Analyst

Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities: •Work a hybrid schedule. Monday and Fridays are remote. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are on-site Essential Functions Responsible for all business unit third party marketplace integrations, drop ship vendor document exchange specifications, document API management inbound and outbound, onboarding of new vendors, relationships with third party service providers, order management through third party channels, dashboarding, score carding, and supporting with focus on transactional and vendor management. Performing due diligence with internal customers. Recommending Business System functionality. Assisting in developing business requirements. Assisting in developing Business Cases. Serve as task manager working with Marketplace Director/team members, other business units such as Merchandising or Fun Express, (noted this because it is their primary business audience), programmers and others in development and installation of projects. These can be complex projects implemented across one or more platforms. Implement complex projects through: Creating and interpreting complex design documents independently and explaining to team members as necessary. Design unit test plans to thoroughly test all enhancements. Conduct code and design walk throughs. Review unit test output from others. Set up and execute system test. Assist in functional area systems issues cause determination and resolution. Manage work streams for multiple resources. Responsible for designs, code reviews, and overall delivery of tasks assigned. Direct the full lifecycle of a project: design and estimating efforts, development, through to overseeing deployment and warranty activities Build, maintain, and monitor all inbound and outbound feeds in support of third-party integrations to include inventory, product, pricing, et al. Assist in functional area systems issues cause determination and resolution. Modify the order management Ecommerce service layer to support third party order ingestion and to apply business rules specific to these channels Align with business on SLAs around third party order ingestion and fulfillment related to ship by and delivery by date expectations Align with business on SLAS around Ecommerce drop ship vendor PO creation and lifecycle support through to fulfillment Prioritize multiple client requests while communicating limitations and interdependencies openly and suggesting feasible solutions. Participate in cross-functional knowledge transfer among Ecommerce, OMS, WMS, Finance, et al. Support the business with automated invoicing and settlement requirements with respect to drop ship Ecommerce transactions and third-party marketplace orders Lead the priority planning meetings with marketplace and EDI stakeholders for resource allocation, project planning, and delivery. Develop and execute unit tests. Lead dropship vendor integration meetings with vendors, EDI partner and internal teams to address key issues, elaborate technically on the EDI specifications and drive to a resolution that fits the needs of the company. Lead new marketplace integrations from requirements to delivery in collaboration with cross functional teams. Assist other team members with system and technical knowledge and provide training to new or junior team members. Mentor Programmer Trainee through Programmer Analyst positions. Participate in regularly rotated on-call duties: Must be available 24 hours/day to receive calls from Operators/Users, investigate and solve issues while on call. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Abides by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading Company. Work required face-to-face collaboration with colleagues and contractors Must be able to attend face to face meetings on short or little advance notice Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding EDI, AS2, and other EDI-related standards Familiarity with API-based interfaces and the ability to understand and code/unit test to API-based requirements Understand generally accepted analysis and design techniques. Must become proficient in the daily operations at Oriental Trading Company. Strong knowledge of application development/maintenance for on-line and batch programming. Knowledge of different modes of communication (e.g. FTP, JDBC, etc.). Expert knowledge of Java EE technologies (ranging from EJB to JSP), HTML, CSS Strong knowledge of SQL or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Oracle DB (10g or higher preferred) Expert knowledge of dump analysis techniques. Expert in testing techniques and knows all testing requirements of systems supported. Able to plan/execute work to meet critical deadlines and balance multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to interface with customers, clients and other departments to respond to requests both in written and verbal form. Must possess communication skills that will help in determining customer''s exact needs and in disseminating that information to appropriate personnel. Must be able to write code independently. Must be able to debug difficult problems. Education Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, communication or closely related field required Experience Minimum two years'' experience working with 3rd party integrations such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Jet, Dell BoomI, or Channel Advisor. Minimum two years'' experience with EDI implementation of drop shipper and drop shipping Minimum two years'' experience with Amazon or Walmart marketplace integration Minimum of five years'' experience using Java, FTP, SQL, Visio, Excel in an eCommerce environment Minimum two years'' experience working through the design, development and release cycle delivering software to market. Minimum two years'' experience working with 3rd party integrations such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Jet, Dell BoomI, or Channel Advisor. Spring framework and Hibernate experience preferred.
