The position will cover the living organ donor, kidney/pancreas, and liver transplant clinics. The role includes transplant evaluations, post-transplant assessments & education, diabetes education, and weight management. We have currently adopted a hybrid model of in-person clinics and telemedicine. 1-2 years'' experience in transplant, outpatient or ICU is preferred. Our clinic is open Monday-Friday and closed on USC calendar holidays. We have a large, fast-paced, dynamic program - someone that is a team-player, flexible, and has solid communication skills would be a great fit.
