Construction Field Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring a Construction Field Superintendent in Santa Rosa, CA! This is a Direct-Hire opportunity to work with a successful home developer who creates new high-end, residential communities throughout California. Salary ranges between $80K-$120K. Benefits package includes M/V/D, PTO, and performance bonuses! Schedule is M-F, 40 hours a week! This candidate is responsible for: •Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with his contracted scope work •Walk all areas on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. •Make sure projects get done on time within budget and schedule •Formulated budgets, create workable timetables, coordinate all design and construction processes and phases. •Responsible for project development, bidding, contract negotiations and project scheduling •Responsible for site management, daily reports and safety If interested, please apply today!
