How You Care for Our Patients We are currently looking for a Mass licensed and board certified/eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Under the general supervision of a physician, the Nurse Practitioner will be primarily be responsible for attending a minimum of 12 and up to 16 adult patients for our adult inpatient units. You Bring Meaningful Experience Successful candidates will have the following: Bachelor''s degree required. Must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Program. Prior experience in a Psychiatry setting is preferred but not required. Self-directed, demonstrate initiative and professionalism, and exercise expert clinical judgment to function independently in this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate complex medical information to collaborators such as patients and their families, physicians, staff, and health workers. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Current CPR certification required. New Grads welcome to apply.
