Senior Business Systems Analyst

Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing our clients'' data and member activities. The position is responsible for reviewing, assessing, resolving and reporting of complex data and member activities.Primary liaison between the client staff and other 3rd parties in resolving the cases. Assists in defining and solving the case issue and works to document the cases and resolution to help create standards and methodology within the team in order to improve quality and repeatability.Assists in data cases through investigation and assistance with resolution.Review requests, assessing the need, identifying system issues prompting a change request, and document how the overall process can be improved. Investigating Member concerns for technical trends for escalation to IT.Other responsibilities may include ad hoc reporting and monitoring.
