You will work directly with Channel VPs across Large & Small Format retailers, and the Head of Commerce Marketing to build a connected commerce strategy to deploy media for on- and off-site activation. Partnership with the brand marketing, media and shopper marketing teams is critical to success. Role has high visibility with Chief Sales Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, given the dynamic retailer landscape and changing consumer and shopper behavior.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead eCommerce (B2C) team and strategy for US business, including eRetail strategy, account management support, category development & insights creation, digital marketing for beer & beyond beer brands, and inform owned B2C/ DTC digital initiativesOversee all eRetail channels, including traditional retailers (such as Walmart, Kroger, etc), emerging Grocery/ Instant Needs retailers (Amazon, Gopuff), and marketplaces (including Instacart, Drizly, UberEATS & DoorDash)Develop 3YP, 1YP and executional strategy for the eCommerce business, including overall outlook, forecast for online revenue, account coverage of emerging eRetailers, and new connected commerce marketing & media investment strategyIntegrate strategy with cross-functional stakeholders across national accounts, regional sales teams, category leadership, Insights, marketing and commercial planningCollaborate with Commerce Media and Shopper Marketing teams to build strategic investment plans and ROI frameworks for eRetail strategyOversee AB owned B2C marketplace, , with internal team of developersPartner with brand teams across the full portfolio of Anheuser-Busch brands, including Budweiser, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, the company''s craft portfolio, as well as Beyond Beer brands such as Cutwater ready-to-drink cocktails, NUTRL vodka seltzers, Hiball Energy drink and an extensive line of hard seltzers. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and develop plans to get resultsStrong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales teamStrong influencing and communication skills - both internal and externalExperience with cross-functional collaboration, communication, negotiation, and presentationsAbility to manage multiple high-priority projects8-10 years minimum experience in CPG, retail or eCommerce spaceeCommerce or digital commerce experience requiredExperience working across multiple Retailer Media Networks, online content management, and site optimization experience requiredUndergraduate degree required, Masters or MBA preferredSalary Range: $192,000-$216,000WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
