2nd Shift Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist (QCS) is responsible for performing quality inspections and managing quality of products; ensuring that products meet specific production standards while maintaining high quality work in a high volume environment.$1000 sign on bonusSummary of Responsibilities:Inspects finished products to meet production standards before its shipped to customer.Hand insert product after inspection, seal packages and insert in final trays.Maintain strong attention to detail in order to accurately prepare needed paperwork in a timely manner.Request reprints for product that does not meet company standards.Follows directions and instructions of Production Manager.Notifies Production Manager of any quality issues, spoilage or reprints that are required.Follows all standard operating procedures and instructions relevant to the job, position and department accurately.Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies, department policies, procedures, work instructions and safety and environmental guidelines.Other duties as assignedCompetencies:Adaptability Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes and requirements.Teamwork/Collaboration Proactively tries to build effective working relationships with other people; treats people with dignity, respect and fairness.
