The Risk & Compliance Regulatory Strategy team is a high-performance group working directly with the senior Risk & Compliance team and other senior leaders across the bank to drive execution of our regulatory strategy agenda. The Regulatory Strategy team focuses on the design and execution of initiatives which help align the company''s strategic goals with our regulatory priorities and objectives. Responsibilities You will drive the delivery of cross-functional initiatives and will be responsible for the content and the change management process for one or more work streams with a focus on addressing our regulatory priorities. This role allows the opportunity to contribute to programs that simultaneously improve the Company''s risk management priorities and strengthen our standing with regulatory stakeholders. Manages and oversees end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for complex projects. Assists in developing detailed project plans and schedules projects, including goals, risks and resource allocation. Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project. May coordinate resources across organizational boundaries. Reports and escalates progress, risks, and issues to management, as needed. Fulfil program governance requirements including senior stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key program documents. Manage and support management information reporting to senior stakeholders, including transparency in status communication and advising on ad-hoc senior stakeholder requests Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 7-10 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including senior management communication.
