Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager of Commercial Roofing Sales for direct-hire placement! Annual salary is $60-125k per year plus bonus. Our client is a well established commercial roofing company that specializes in roofing installs, service and consulting Duties: -Responsible for taking the service request, creating the work order ticket, coordinating with the service manager on scheduling, communicating with the customer the ETA, creating and sending the report of findings to the customer. -Selling/Estimating existing customers and expanding company''s growth -Customer service, resolve customer concerns by investigating issues and finding solutions -Manage small service and low slope roofing replacements -Research and study available products for client recommendation -Represent company attending client events and outings Benefits: • Various training opportunities to advance your career • Company vehicle • Company cell phone • 401k • Paid Vacation • Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) • HRA If interested, please apply today! Qualifications• Demonstrate the ability to sell a "service" and intangibles • Presentation skills that allow for confident, competent and thorough client interaction • Self-starter who works proactively and independently • Ability to prepare project proposals, manage change orders, and understands contract language • Experience with commercial roof systems, construction, building service is preferred • A Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Architectural, or 5+ years in Commercial Low Slope Roofing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel • Proficient in the use of computers and office equipment • Strong organization/analytical skills • Ability to review construction drawings & specifications • Ability to climb and inspect roofing systems • Ability to perform a moderate amount of physical labor such as transporting and climbing ladders, measure and inspect roofs, and occasional lifting. • Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
