Hours subject to change based on business demands.Breakfast Attendant Expectations:Ensure tables are clean and tidy when customers arrive and clear tables once they leave.Take customer orders and ring them through the POS.Promptly deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct table and stay attentive to customer''s needs.Brew and maintain coffee and beverage station.Become familiar with the menu and be able to answer customer questions concerning food being served, ingredients used and preparation methods.Handle complaints with a positive attitude and find an acceptable solution to the problem.Clean the breakfast dishes once service is complete.Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.Clean the bathrooms, as needed.Cook/ hold & package hot food.Breakfast Attendant Skills & Experience:Front of house and back of house experience preferredStrong verbal communication skillsFrequently stand for long periods of time and lifting/moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 poundsCovid-19 vaccination preferredBreakfast Attendant Benefits:$15/hr for breakfast service; for lunch service, base+tips averages between $15-$19Paid holidays and PTOMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans available401(K) retirement plan and company match after 1 year of employmentVoluntary supplemental insurance plans through Colonial Life availableDiscounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services, Parterre restaurant, and vending items in our warehouse
