The A&D team works with states and providers to design, develop, refine, evaluate, and manage programs that support older adults and people with disabilities. Our mission is to help our clients improve the lives of the people they serve. The A&D team is seeking to add a team-oriented communications professional that will help advise our clients on how to more effectively communicate with their audiences.We are seeking a Sr. Communications Manager that will serve as an expert in client engagements managing the communications process from inception through implementation. This may include visioning, strategy development, message development, and oversight of collateral creation. The Sr. Communications Manager will work with Subject Matter Experts and other consulting staff to deliver a variety of projects to clients from short-term, targeted strategy efforts to large-scale systems transformation projects in the Health and Human Services sector. This position requires creative thinking as well as a keen technical eye and excellent communications skills. The ideal candidate will also be a strong-relationship builder that can contribute to business development efforts as the A&D team grows.
