What You''ll DoBuilding high quality, globally available, fault tolerant systems/products.Work on problems with your team, roll up your sleeves, form an opinion and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items.Work with Product, Platform, Integrations, DevOps, Enterprise Architect, Data and other disciplines to discover the best solutions for our business.Be a technical influencer across the company. Provide technical direction through technical design reviews, and technical runways.Grow the team both through internal development and helping with external hiring.Advocate for quick iterative development accompanied by experimentation analysis.Partners with the product team to help inform the priorities within a set of products, applications, and/or servicesManaging software engineers who design, build and maintain solutions within a set of technology products and/or services; oversees the translation of business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutionsOwning the quality of every release and delivery.Resolving escalated issues throughout the development, configuration, and modification of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions.Creating and/or leading the creation of SOPs, KPIs/OKRs, and overall operationalization of assigned services or applications.Controlling project risks by analyzing and identifying trigger events, establishing response and contingency plans and recommending ways to mitigate future risks.Providing input for departmental budget and forecasting, and manages expenses associated with initiatives within scope of responsibility.Coordinating the estimation and execution of plans, schedules, and resource forecasts for the services and/or applications in scope.What Your BringAt least 2~3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (Discover, Design, Implement and Optimize) of the Order Management System (At least one implementation on IBM Sterling OMS) is a MUST.Experience with the following IBM Sterling Commerce components version 9.5 or higher (Preferably: Sterling OMS v 10.0 in Azure Private Cloud or other cloud platforms): Sterling Order Management System, Sterling Global Inventory Visibility, Sterling Pricing and Promotions, Sterling Call Center is a must.Proven experience implementing omni channel features: Inventory Management, Order Orchestration/Management, Call Center, and Reverse Logistics.Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.Proven record of accomplishment of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes and budget.Proven technical leadership skills using technologies and frameworks including (but not limited to) Java/JEE, and REST Services.Experience in any middleware technologies like Mulesoft, IBM MQ.Experience in Azure Cloud and DevOps practices.Experience building and successfully growing development teams.A commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence and results.LI-LC4About HSN, Inc.HSN, Inc., is a leading interactive entertainment and lifestyle retailer, offering a curated assortment of exclusive products and top brand names to its customers.
