The successful candidate will be responsible for project and client management. They should have strong lead engineering, client relations, and project management skills to find, win, and successfully complete projects. This candidate may be located in any mutually agreeable location. Roles and Responsibilities + Be a servant leader to our teams + Collaborate with our design teams and clients to ensure our efforts are coordinated to provide the correct level of engineering to suit clients'' needs + Technical skills to lead and optimize the project deliverables by leading and mentoring our design teams + Communicate and grow relationships with our clients, and develop new clients and projects Required Education/Experience + Portfolio of successful project management across a variety of project types, sizes, and complexities focused on food production, chemical processing, or controlled environment buildings + Excellent written and oral communications skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong negotiation and contract knowledge + Willing to travel approximately 20% of your time Desired Education/Experience + 10+ years of professional experience in project management or engineering + Client Management experience + Bachelor''s in Engineering + PMP certification At POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level.
