POSITION SUMMARY PEOPLEASE is looking for a qualified Implementation Specialist-Team Lead to join our team. The purpose of the Implementation Department is to manage new and existing clients to ensure their onboarding process goes smoothly. Implementation Specialist-Team Lead role with the company is to support the Implementation Team, as well as other parts of the organization. Working with other member of the department and organization to provide support to our new clients in the implementation department. Some of the responsibilities will include, but not limited to, supervising a team of Implementation Consultants, auditing of new client set up and payrolls, escalation point for client issues and keeping the Implementation Manager aware of client issues. Partnering and collaborating with PEO clients with the objective of producing accurate, compliant, and timely delivered results. Liaise with PEOPLEASE cross-functional departments to address and support new clients. Assist with new product roll-out, support Implementation unit with day-to-day system support. An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple projects within required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated excellence in communication skills; be able to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks; interact, coordinate, follow up, and effectively communicate with Implementation team members, regional teams, Senior Management, and Third-Party Administrators. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote employee in a distributed work team. Supervise a team of Implementation Consultants as well as, at times, act as Implementation Consultant for larger enterprise clients as needed Manage sales to services transition process to set goals for the projects according to the strategic objectives of Client and Company Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of customer engagement Provides daily and/or weekly briefings to the Implementation Manager on the status of their Implementation Consultants clients and high exposure issues arising during the new client implementation process Builds quality relationships with sales and service to meet quality standards. Participates in recurring Implementation progress status meeting Ensures all accounts are transitioned appropriately to payroll operations Assesses current processes and makes recommendations to the Implementation Manager Client interaction and problem resolution Uses tools and standards to consistently produce error free results in a timely manner Review and mentor Implementation Consultants in new process and system changes Maintain, enhance, and broaden knowledge and skills of software applications and industry practices. Develop Project Plans, create Milestones Report / KPIs , using tools and documentation in accordance with PMI standards Be a process-focused, creative thinker who can handle multiple workstreams and support multiple consultants at one time Enhance Implementation Methodology to accelerate our kick-off and time-to-live, within multi-product engagement. Continuously seeks ways to enhance overall efficiency and productivity of procedures and people Bring Strong Gap Analysis and Risk Mitigation skills to the implementation experience where needed, assuring proactive behaviors are followed Ensure project operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) BS/BA degree preferred 4 or more years of experience working in or supporting a multi-client and multi-state HR environment. Experience in Payroll Processing Systems (PrismHR System strongly preferred). Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience is ideal Flexible and able to prioritize projects and tasks. Proficient project management skills with a demonstrated track record of success leading key initiatives from start to finish. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and clearly articulate business needs to internal partners and business vendors. Ability to build relationships of trust with new and existing clients and constantly add value and credibility to a service model. Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting Working knowledge of MS office and project management software (e.g. MS Project etc.) A business acumen with a strategic ability Excellent organizational and leadership skills An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Ability to conduct business in an ethical manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
