JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Benefits:5+ years of employee benefit and compensation experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, including Working knowledge of federal and state laws affecting benefits and compensation matters including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA and the Internal Revenue Code including sections 409A and 280GProviding legal support and advice to Total Rewards team and benefit fiduciary committeesMaintaining benefit plan documents (health and welfare, 401(k), pension) and day-to-day operations of benefit plansPlan audits and benefits related litigationAdvising on labor and employment-related matters and employee communications on benefit mattersAssisting in immigration-related legal mattersJOB QUALIFICATIONS: J.D. from accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in Missouri3+ years'' benefits experience in a corporate law department or law firmExcellent written and oral communication skillsWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
